Group IT will enable the Group Strategy by delivering high quality technology change to support defined business outcomes aligned with group goals and customer expectations by ensuring that the technology landscape runs silently and that customers are being appropriately supported. Group IT is made up of three primary functions; Strategy & Architecture, Engineering & Delivery and Technology Services.

The IT Risk and Compliance function is tasked with supporting Group IT through identification, assessment and management of technology risk in line with the Group's Risk Framework and Audit / Regulatory expectations.

• Direction and guidance to the management team for relevant risk assurance activities across the three lines of defence, external audit and Regulatory Bodies driving efficient and effective engagement
• Support the collation and production of effective standardised technology risk reporting to Group IT, Business Units, onward 2LOD committees and Board to enable risk informed decision-making and investment prioritisation.
