The Construction Buyer will be responsible for the procurement of all materials, supplies, and services required for the company's construction projects. This will involve working closely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that the right materials and services are procured at the best possible price and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor and track orders to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage inventory levels and maintain relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a construction buyer role
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
