In the role you act as a primary point of contact for implementing customers’ requests regarding addition of new trading partners, document types, and connection types. You will combine your knowledge on systems integration as well as service delivery and create/update technical specifications and maps using OpenText translation software. Part of your tasks will also be carrying out integration tasks to deploy maps to pre-production and production environments and setup Trading Partner connectivity using common communications standards such as ftp, http, AS2, SFTP, etc.

• Interacting with customers to understand their business requirements and to develop and maintain good customer relations
• Acting as the technical lead or technical specialist in customer data integration projects
• Defining and developing data integrations including planning, documentation, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying customer connections with trading partners
• Follow policies and best practice mapping to define map rules based on client’s requirements
• Create test case scenarios and write expected output according to specifications
• Investigate and conduct root-cause-analysis for issues/defects raised by client during client testing
• Deliver project status updates to clients, project managers and counterparts as necessary
• BSc in Computer Science/other technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Intermediate knowledge of programming and experience e.g. Java, C#, C++, etc.
