Description:
The role will be responsible for processing and investigating terms of service, fraudulent, and spam/scam-related violations. The position is expected to complete ad reviews in a timely and precise manner. The position will support keeping a professional and safe platform. Resources are expected to be proactive, motivated, organized, and possess a global perspective in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve all issues related to ads fraud, prohibited content, and terms of service violations.
- Interpret and enforce LinkedIn trust & safety ads policies.
- Remain up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates.
- Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools
- Communicate effectively and concisely with internal partners.
- Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including but not limited to policies, technical issues.
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity and quality goals.
- Must be comfortable reviewing sensitive content including graphic pornography, violence, drug use, child abuse, etc.
- Majority of your time will be spent on general content music, sports, beauty, fashion, kids, etc. but you will come across some sensitive content on a weekly basis.
- Due to the nature of this role, the post holder might regularly be exposed to and have to deal with stroboscopic effect images
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for keeping platform users safe from fraudulent ads.
- Knowledge of social media and the technologies that support it.
- Familiarity with internet policy and content moderation environments.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and to exercise good judgment in a high-pressure environment.
- Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis. Strong attention to detail.
- Superior time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills.
- Competency in Excel, SQL, and other technical skills are a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
