Description:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • edit, draft, negotiate, and process various contract types efficiently.
  • with internal teams to gather necessary data for sourcing projects.
  • accurate contract/project information in systems.
  • training and guidance on contracting principles and procedures.
  • supplier information into relevant systems.
  • multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • as a liaison for projects, ensuring Buy Desk requirements are met.
  • project status to stakeholders.
  • opportunities to streamline procurement and contracting processes.
  • advocate for appropriate contracting methods and parameters.
  • end-to-end contract lifecycle and train business partners.
  • Source to Pay initiatives as a team liaison.
  • tools and resources for assigned categories and coordinate with business partners.

Desired Qualifications:

  • year’s experience in contract lifecycle management, or applicable legal environment
  • contract management / contract negotiation and drafting of legal terms & conditions experience
  • in use of contract management software, electronic procurement, supply chain and /or analytical software
  • negotiation, drafting, and redline skillset a must
