Description:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- edit, draft, negotiate, and process various contract types efficiently.
- with internal teams to gather necessary data for sourcing projects.
- accurate contract/project information in systems.
- training and guidance on contracting principles and procedures.
- supplier information into relevant systems.
- multiple contracts simultaneously.
- as a liaison for projects, ensuring Buy Desk requirements are met.
- project status to stakeholders.
- opportunities to streamline procurement and contracting processes.
- advocate for appropriate contracting methods and parameters.
- end-to-end contract lifecycle and train business partners.
- Source to Pay initiatives as a team liaison.
- tools and resources for assigned categories and coordinate with business partners.
Desired Qualifications:
- year’s experience in contract lifecycle management, or applicable legal environment
- contract management / contract negotiation and drafting of legal terms & conditions experience
- in use of contract management software, electronic procurement, supply chain and /or analytical software
- negotiation, drafting, and redline skillset a must
