ByrneWallace LLP is one of Ireland’s largest full service law firms. We are a forward thinking law firm and are currently recruiting for a Print-room Coordinator who has overall responsibility for the in-house central printing facility which supports all Departments within the firm. This full time role must deliver high quality and accurate printing, copying, binding and scanning services primarily for large print jobs to all departments across the Firm often meeting demanding deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Printing off standard items including CAD drawings, maps , floor plans that are possible with the printing equipment available on site
- Assisting in the preparation of tenders and other important documents for court cases , clients etc.,
- Controlling and monitoring stocks of all types of stationary (office stationary & customized legal stationary) of all departments and ordering stationary for the firm.
- Meet with stationary supplier sales rep weekly to confirm supply orders of stationary and consumables.
- Compiling, utilizing data on consumables, print volumes, and stationary expenditure; producing reports using these information per departments annually/on request
- Controlling and monitoring stocks of all types of Xerox and non-Xerox consumables and supplies (toners and parts) for all printers and copiers in the firm
- Monitoring the cost capture system (Equitrac) and producing reports on printing volumes and trends when required
- CRM data administration
- Help provide cover if and when needed in the Facilities team.
- Responsible for appearance, arrangement and accuracy of documents produced for Solicitors, courts and Council
The person
- Requires 100 % accuracy and competent use of Large Xerox Multi-Functional Devices
- Flexibility and ability to stay with a project until it is completed and the target deadline is met
- Ability to communicate and prioritize is vital to the success of this role
- All standard PC skills plus Xerox and Equitrac competency is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
