The introduction to hospital life programme is designed for individuals who wish to explore a career in healthcare. Reporting to the Director of Mission Effectiveness, the role of the IHL Programme Coordinator encompasses the efficient management and coordination of the IHL programme. This includes furnishing a comprehensive overview of the programme's content, structure, and objectives. The coordinator will engage with key stakeholders to explore, negotiate, and arrange experiential learning opportunities. In addition, hospital tours, student placements, instructional sessions, as well as evaluation and feedback interactions will be offered. Practical assistance will be extended to ensure a cohesive experience. Assessment of programme efficiency will be conducted against a suite of Key Performance Indicators, and quality enhancement measures will help ensure sustained success.
