The Corporate Success Team are there to support our corporate clients at all stages throughout their renewal journey. The team operate with a Customer First mindset, one of Irish Life’s core values, and are focussed on building long standing relationships with our valued clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to join the Corporate Success team and will play an important role in managing our corporate clients through their renewal journey. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of corporate customers.

They will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day customer support and interaction. They will take ownership of client queries, always ensuring that the appropriate support is provided by all ILH departments (i.e. Premium Collections, Claims Team, and Call Centre). The person will be passionate about ensuring our customers are serviced in a timely, professional, and customer-friendly manner.

Managing a portfolio of corporate clients to deliver a pro-active health & well-being experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Will drive the day to day engagement with clients & partners

  • Building strong relationships with clients & partners to contribute towards a positive overall customer experience

  • Preparing renewal quotes and presentations to support clients with their health renewal

  • Delivery of client review meetings, including creating review meeting packs and liaising with our Claims and Service teams

  • Working with clients & partners to ensure they are digitally empowered to manage their scheme(s)

  • Ownership and resolution of any complex day to day queries – liaising with internal ILH departments to close out issues in a timely manner

  • Supporting the Corporate Success Team with day to day tasks to help our team deliver on our joint sales and retention targets

  • Championing the customer agenda internally within ILH – liaising with Pricing, Service, IT, Claims etc.

  • Booking wellness activity depending on customer tier in conjunction with the wellness team

  • Recording all customer interactions on Salesforce to drive our renewal forecasting

  • Understanding of the health insurance market & employee benefits

  • Must hold or be committed to studying towards achieving PMI qualification status

  • Applicants should ideally have at least 3 years’ experience in customer service/sales support roles
