The Corporate Recovery Manager will be at the forefront of delivering high-impact restructuring projects and shaping the future of business in distress. The successful candidate will be the ‘go to person’ for clients, providing strategic advice and driving meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Leading diverse projects that challenge you to think critically and creatively.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Taking ownership of your portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for clients and third parties.
- Managing project teams, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering top-tier service on time.
- Continuously developing your expertise in practice management and client relationships, always in line with the organisation’s high standards.
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis and collaborating with managers and partners to prepare insightful reports.
- Resolving disputes and addressing creditor queries with confidence.
- Providing expert advice to a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate clients, creditors, banks, and insolvency practitioners.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
- Leading and participating in a variety of Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Insolvency projects, ensuring impactful outcomes.
Requirements:
- You will be a fully Qualified Accountant and hold ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
- You will have proven experience working within corporate restructuring, ideally within a professional services firm
- You will have previous project management experience and you will be commercially astute with an eye for identifying opportunities.
- You will have experience in people leadership and business development.
