• Assist in managing a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice and service to those clients
• Deliver tax insights that help business leaders to make confident business decisions
• Advise clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross border expansion, financing, tax audits etc.
• Co-ordinate advice from foreign offices on cross-border matters
• Produce reports and presentations for clients
• Manage the delivery of clients' corporate tax returns and planning
• Engage with Revenue on client matters
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Coach and mentor more junior tax professionals
• Contribute to market and business development activities
