What will you be responsible f?

  • Drive local go-to-market strategies.
  • Optimize the Go-To-Market strategy and customer value proposition, in codination with the HQ team.
  • Develop growth strategies and business partnerships pipeline to drive sales volume and profits.
  • Lead the local branch in the Ireland market.
  • Build and develop business relations with local Partners and Microsoft team.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the manufacturing and construction industry.
  • Collabate with individuals and teams across company to ensure optimal sales experience.
  • Meet sales projections, generate continuing sales opptunities, and achieve company and individual goals.
  • Suppt and lead new business development, including sales presentations, local negotiations, client onboarding, and other activities as needed.
  • Reach company objectives in sales targets.
  • Wk closely and rept to Head of Microsoft D365 Sales.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a business development sales role.
  • Commercially driven and goal-iented leader.
  • Demonstrated track recd of sales perfmance.
  • Established business netwk in related segments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective wking relationships across all management levels.
  • Communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative approach, active contribution to solutions optimization.
  • Ability to collabate and wk within cross-functional/international teams.
  • Excellent time management, ganization, and presentation skills.
