We are looking for a National Business Line Leader / Country Manager with experience in P&L management, commercial and customer care and operational improvement.

What team will I be part of? You will be part of the Food Testing leadership team based in the Ireland, reporting to the Regional Leader Food & Water Testing UK & Ireland.

As a National Business Line Leader You Will

Lead the Food Testing business in Ireland, which consists of 3 sites and a team of 100+ people.

Develop a high-quality strategic plan to expand the business and position in the Irish market.

Lead and facilitate the sales & marketing activities and become a trusted and reliable partner to customers.

Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, productivity and bottom-line results.

Ensure that relationships with all clients are positive, with high levels of customer satisfaction in place. Attend and lead meetings as needed alongside the Commercial team, with key clients and develop in depth knowledge of customer requirements.

Initiate and drive change, setting up action plans with clear-cut distribution of responsibilities.

Improve the technical and scientific aspects of the business units by ensuring the appropriate development and application of new techniques and business processes.

Hire, motivate, develop and retain excellent Business Unit Managers and department heads.
