Creative Designer

Connexus are delighted to be working exclusively with a Design Agency based in Dublin that specializes in Creative and Brand Design for clients across all industry sectors.

Reporting directly into their Creative Director, this person will play a key role in working across a portfolio of different clients in areas such as Pharma and FMCG, when it comes to strategising and executing design projects in areas such as packaging, traditional and digital creative.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries
• Work directly with in-house Account Managers and Business Developers, as well as external clients, to understand client needs and requirements
• Take ownership and project manage creative projects from start to finish, on budget and to strict timelines
• Work alongside multiple other stakeholders including Copywriters, Designers, Marketers, and Developers to ensure a cohesive approach to client projects.

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years experience working within Creative Design
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing experience in areas such as creative branding
• Experience working within highly regulated markets such as Pharma and FMCG highly desirable.
• Must have experience working within a creative and fast paced agency environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.
• Excellent communicator and a strong stakeholder manager
• Relevant 3rd level degree
