As a result of our firms continued growth the Credit Control Team are seeking to add an additional member to their team. Working within a Credit Control Team of 4 (which in turn is part of a larger finance team of c40), the successful candidate will work closely with the Managers, Directors and Partners of the Firm to ensure smooth cash collections.

The role of the credit control team is to implement the firms credit policy and offer the best service to our partners and clients to facilitate timely payment.

• Institute of Credit Management or equivalent qualification an advantage
• Evidence of excellent MS excel skills
• Proficiency in ERP Systems, knowledge of I4G an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail is essential
• Ability to build relationships with senior management and team members
• Efficiently manage a ledger. Liaising with senior management and following up with clients to ensure bills are paid on time
• Resolve all internal and external queries that arise and escalating where necessary
• Building good working relationships with internal senior management and externally with clients
• Prepare status reports on each ledger and highlighting issues that require attention
• Focusing on agreed Key Performance Indicators
• Working as part of a credit control team providing excellent support to the client facing staff
• Ensuring cash collection targets are achieved
• Provide cash forecasts on a monthly basis
• Undertake and deliver on delegated business unit relevant tasks
• Ability to prioritise work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
