Credit Controller

 

Description:

Conducting credit/AML checks on new and potential customers 
Liaising with clients regarding outstanding balances whilst maintaining excellent customer

relationships 

Taking ownership of key customer accounts – maintaining accountability and investigating
queries/enquiries 

Communicating with client teams on customer accounts and escalating issues internally 
Preparing month end reports and accounts receivable reconciliations 
Generating invoices and account statements, processing customer cash and bank

payments 

Cultivating a positive attitude of helpfulness, professionalism and enthusiasm with
customers and colleagues 

Completing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CFO and Head of Operations

 

What will you need 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with accounting software packages 
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines 
Self-starter with an energetic personality 
Technical expertise, attention to detail and a practical mindset 
Capacity to build positive customer relationships 
Confident communicator with an ability to provide clear and succinct written reports 
Problem solving skills and can do attitude 
High level of verbal and written English 
Legal entitlement to live and work in Ireland
