Customer Account Manager

 

Description:

This position involves delivering high-quality technical support and account management to enhance the customer experience. You will drive meaningful engagement with external customers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective and seamless customer journeys.

 

As a key team member, you will advocate for customers, develop solutions to complex technical and commercial challenges, and foster collaboration to support Ireland’s renewable energy targets, sustainable economic growth, and power system transition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring a consistent and positive end-to-end customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive technical and commercial solutions.
  • Support stakeholder engagement efforts to align with organizational sustainability and decarbonization goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, using influence and diplomacy to achieve successful outcomes.

 

About You:

 

  • A relevant degree and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Ability to grasp and articulate technical/commercial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in external stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of the power industry, particularly transmission systems and customer connections.
