We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Specialist to join our client’s exceptional Marketing Team. How would my day look like?
- Take the lead in planning, executing, and evaluating CRM sales campaigns for all our products, with a specific focus on our branch business.
- Work together with B.I. Analysts to refine lead criteria, aiming to optimize ROI.
- Establish and maintain performance dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of all CRM campaigns.
- Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable insights and continuously drive quotes and sales.
- Ensure a smooth flow of marketing leads and opportunities to the Sales team, overseeing the process.
- Provide forecasts on the commercial impact of campaigns and offer recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
- Monitor and manage marketing consent, extracting valuable insights to shape our strategy and planning.
- Deepen understanding of customer behavior patterns and deliver actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Actively identify opportunities to improve marketing activities throughout the customer funnel, focusing on enhancing metrics such as quote volumes, CPQ, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers to develop, implement, and assess a comprehensive, long-term customer contact strategy across BTL channels (Below-The-Line)
What do you need from me?
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, although industry experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services is welcome, its not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using an email marketing tool is advantageous.
- Possess a high level of analytical acumen, with the ability to translate insights into effective strategies and actionable tactics.
- Possess an extensive knowledge of CRM functionality and capability, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Possess advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of GDPR rules and regulations.
