Customer Care Senior Administrator

 

Description:

This role presents the opportunity to work directly with a real variety of people, from customers, brokers, financial advisors and other teams in New Ireland. You will be part of a team which supports our service partners, while also being externally focused on our customers and advisors!

In this role, you will:

  • Support a team of enthusiastic and customer centric colleagues resolving service and customer care requests and transactions.
  • Enable our service partner in delivering service excellence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assess and resolve complex cases and scenarios.
  • Leverage product, system, process, regulatory and compliance knowledge to quickly resolve challenges
  • Manage day to day operational tasks and support the delivery of continuous change
  • Support our internal customers in providing SME knowledge and insight, to support broader business activities and transformation
