Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in a CCC analyst/liaison role previously
  • Experience working in complaint/case resolution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in the transport industry is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of Contact Centre Operations
  • Solid understanding of customer experience best practices
