Description:

Duties:

  • Ensuring that we respond quickly to opportunities, follow up regularly, and that various internal opportunity management systems are kept up-to-date.
  • Management of Pre-Sales upgrade process including presale demo planning and presentations
  • Day to day relationship management with clients during upgrade projects to ensure the customer is happy
  • Keeping abreast of latest updates and technologies in Microsoft Business Central, TNP software and related third-party solutions
  • Establishing dynamic working relationships with Support, Delivery and Engagement Management team, to assist in both generating and delivering upgrade opportunities
