Searching for a skilled Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement Developer to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and adapting applications based on business and functional analysis, ensuring that user requirements are met effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our global IT transformation initiatives within a leading player in the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, develop, or adapt applications using relevant programming languages, adhering to business requirements.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all project requirements, converting functional and business analysis into programming language and system architecture.
  • Engage with designated internal contacts to discuss and refine functional analysis.
  • Implement quality assurance measures throughout the development process, writing and executing test scenarios to document results and test final solutions proposed to end users.

 

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement CRM, with a minimum of five years' experience in Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in .Net programming language, Agile, and Object-Oriented methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and SVN, along with experience in SSIS, Kingswaysoft, and a solid understanding of SSRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a mindset conducive to innovation and strategic thinking.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
