Description:

This is a great opportunity to join a team of incredibly daring and fun sales professionals who embody Zendesk’s outstanding culture.As a Customer Account Executive at Zendesk you will get the opportunity to earn your stripes by driving additional revenue, within active customer accounts, against a SaaS quota. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who has a consultative sales approach, provides an outstanding customer experience, has excellent commercial competence and offers polished presentation skills. You'll be single-handedly handling an inbound and outbound pipeline of sales opportunities across a very large customer base.
Responsibilities

  • Create and complete a territory plan to achieve your quota.

  • Quickly gain a strong understanding of the Zendesk platform and customer needs.

  • Learn and deliver value focused product demos.

  • Be responsible for the full sales cycle from discovery to signature.

  • Effectively collaborate with sales managers and cross-functional partners.

  • Handle an inbound and outbound pipeline of sales opportunities across a very large customer base.

  • Proficiency in Danish, Finnish or Swedish and business level English

  • SaaS closing experience in a fast paced environment.

  • A top performer with a history of success.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to multitask.

  • A history of successfully handling a high volume of opportunities at all times.

  • A can-do attitude, creative approach and motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.

  • You thrive in a startup environment; move quickly, think strategically and superb at tactical execution.
