Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand data transfer needs and goals.
• Extract, prepare, and input data meticulously from source to target systems.
• Cleanse and refine data for enhanced precision and reliability.
• Create detailed data maps for consistency and coherence.
• Validate and correct data discrepancies during transfer.
• Oversee data transfer and troubleshoot issues promptly..
• Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with IT teams to improve transfer performance.
• Document data transfer procedures, workflows, and encountered hurdles for future reference.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in manual data transfer, or analogous data-related processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with strategies for refining data accuracy.
• Approach tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with adept troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in managing multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced project environment.
• Knowledge of data security best practices and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial or credit management systems is a plus but not obligatory.
