As part of the Customer Transactions Leadership Team – you will be working with an awesome bunch of individuals who are passionate about the customer experience through payments and fraud. As Payments Manager, you will bring a key understanding of the payment landscape, take ownership of payments and refunds, payment success rates, responsibility of a multi-million processing budget and how through payments we can drive shared wins for our business, partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Responsible for the day to day management of Cartrawler payments performance (payment success rates, payment costs, and DCC optimisation).
- Optimise our payment processing to achieve a multi-million-euro cost budget across multiple payment types and currencies.
- Work with current and potential payment partners to understand how we can continue to deliver a best in class payments experience with a focus on payment success rates and costs.
- Build and continually review the payments initiative backlog for delivery with our Product Team.
- Give leadership and be the expert in Payments across all internal teams
- Package insights into intuitive stories that can be shared with the team and stakeholders across the wider business that includes in depth analysis of customer payments behaviours and journeys.
- Accountable for the preparation, validation and distribution of weekly/monthly payments and refunds analysis and team performance reports through your team.
- Manage and Implement the key transactional policies and budgets of Transactions Operations (cancellations and refunds).
- Demonstrable experience of ecommerce payments management.
- Understanding of the drivers of payment performance within an ecommerce business.
