Customer Service Advisor

Description:

We believe in treating our customers like family and always going the extra mile in whatever we do, so we are looking for passionate, motivated and hardworking Customer Service Advisors to join our team. We're open 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday, so there's no weekend work at all! This role will have a hybrid model of working with at least 1 day a week spent in the office but there will be flexibility for our Advisors to work from home a few days per week when fully trained. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Answer inbound customer queries and be the first point of contact for SSE Airtricity

• Take ownership and strive to resolve situations effectively on the call

• Ensure all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner

• Perform administrative duties based on the conversations you will be having with our customers

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

• Strong customer service skills

• Previous customer service experience in either a contact centre or a face-to-face capacity

• The ability to work with numbers

• Confidence with computers, as you will be working on multiple systems at once in a very fast paced environment

• Excellent communication skills
