Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service or contact centre environment
• Fluency in German and a good standard of English is essential
• Strong sales skills – where you are persuasive and ‘sell’ rather than ‘tell’
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships
