As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide service support to customers in the financial services sector of a global bank via email and telephone. As CSR you have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to answer questions, resolve issues, queries, and task in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Duties:

  • Provide information on Pension Payment and Payment Methods.
  • Provide Information and Advice to our Customers.
  • Resolve all Queries.
  • Answer all Questions on International Payments.
     

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Completion of Diploma, a Degree Course in Banking, Accounting or Business Studies or relevant certificate highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have a proactive to self-development and progression.
  • An ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines and effectively manage time.
  • Possess Excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to deliver high standards of quality.
  • Have a logical approach to problem solving.
