Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their customer service team as their new Customer Service Representative (English speaking & German/Italian or French). Our client is a world premier organisation for vacation ownership with resorts at destinations around the globe. This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. This position can be worked on a remote basis, however, the initial training days must be attended on-site at their office in Cork.

- Be available to answer all inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner by maintaining a business-like manner at all times.
- Acknowledge and answer any written correspondence received from owners/members in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work as an advocate for the customer in resolving complaints and to educate them on the usage option of their vacation ownership products.
- To ensure that all contacts and interactions with owners and clients are properly documented and the resolutions to all issues are responded to and closed within a satisfactory period of time.
- Exercise good judgment when handling customer queries and requests.
- Translate documentation on an ‘ad-hoc’ basis.
- To help create an ongoing effort to improve the department through personal action and by contributing ideas to support and enhance our customer service programme.
- To become and independent associate and to be able to analyze problems and to formulate plans to overcome challenges, to get work done efficiently with a high degree of quality.
- To have demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and written in a positive encouraging manner with associates and managers.
- Fluent written and oral English and in a 2nd language (German, Italian or French).
- An outgoing and people-oriented personality.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Perform all tasks and any other tasks are required by management in a timely manner.
- Maintain computer systems knowledge.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
