Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will support the commercial team and supervise customer service in Longford. He or She will report to the Sales Director EMEA.
- Supervise customer service for our Finished Goods business out of Longford with one direct report. Cultivate a Proactive approach towards our customers.
- The function will have one direct report and will serve as a backup.
- Manage business at our smaller accounts, cultivating customer relationships and maintaining and growing a portfolio.
- Drive top-line sales to support the long-term growth goals of the business.
- Performs and maintains a variety of functions in support of the sales force.
- Proactive about contacting potential customers and may engage in cold calling. Also, designate incoming calls from prospective customers as inside sales—close cooperation with our Marketing team.
- Supervise our Lead management process.
- Participates in sales calls and sales meetings.
- Support the sales team on quotes, update price books, preparation of QBR for customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of pricing and proofs to sales and/or customers.
- Follow up on the Standard product code process, and make sure these codes are created on time.
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or equivalent experience or knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills. ((English)
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com is highly preferred.
- Possesses teamwork, leadership, and facilitation skills in order to work across many diverse functional disciplines.
