Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

In this role, you will act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing superior support and service. Your responsibilities will include responding to product inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships and orders efficiently. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

 

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via various means, with the ability to swiftly resolve complaints, keeping every relationship, whether internal or external strong and longstanding.
  • Keep record of all interactions using the company CRM
  • Manage sales, returns, repairs, general enquiries and support accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 2- 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
