Customer Success Manager

Description:

This opportunity is fully remote within Ireland. If you like to have some office time, they have an office in Dublin you can come to from time to time as well.

You Will:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for the customer needs and drive product improvements
• Provide training and resources to empower customers to maximise the value of your product

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a start up
• Strong communication skills
• Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk or other CS tools are a plus
