Customer Success Manager

Description:

As Customer Success Manager in Dublin you will be working closely together with the team in the UK and Ireland to make sure our customers and users are having a great experience with Dalux regarding both presentation, implementations, technical training and follow-up meetings. With responsibility of your own clients you schedule your own time. A few times a year we participate at events, either our own such as SUMMIT and User Days, or Expos and fairs in the industry. Here you will also be meeting with customers and helping them with interesting technical questions.
You main tasks as Customer Success Manager will be:

• Working with BIM tools every day.
• Support new and existing customers in using and understanding of our high-end product.
• Assist new customers in implementation and technical training of the full product suite.
• Support the current customers and assist them in technical questions or feature support, when needed.
• Take part in network groups, trade fairs and other events.
