Description:
Royal London Ireland is seeking applications for a Pension Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Pensions Team Leader, you will be involved in case managing new business applications, servicing, and claims for both our Legacy book of business and our new products following our relaunch into the pensions market last year. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the start and to help shape the team going forward.
Key responsibilities
Plan and prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Treating Customers fairly principles and the Consumer Protection Code. Calculate and administer proposals, enquiries, and claims. Maintain records in accordance with RL policies and procedures. Provide information to internal and external persons to assist with external or internal customer service. Support the administration of services by maintaining work-related systems and resource support. Maintains and continuously improves the policies and procedures for the provision of service and administrations tasks. Inputs and opines on the future development of our pension offering.
