We are looking for a Data Analyst who not only brings a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry but is also well-versed in handling data on the Snowflake and Azure platforms. In this role, you will play a crucial part in extracting, analysing, and visualising data, contributing to our mission of driving innovation and efficiency in the pharmaceutical field.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of pharmaceutical datasets using Snowflake and Azure tools.
  • Apply statistical methods to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Utilise expertise in Snowflake and Azure to manage, organize, and optimize large datasets.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of cloud-based data solutions.
  • Apply domain knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector to provide context and insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Develop visually compelling and informative dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful visual representations of data-driven insights.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards.
  • Implement best practices for data quality assurance and validation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in collaborative problem-solving sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Azure platforms.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven expertise in working with Snowflake and Azure for data management and analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic remote environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
