Data Protection Solicitor

Currently working with a top law firm to recruit a talented Data Protection Lawyer for their expanding Dublin office. If you have strong experience in data protection and want to be part of a high-caliber team handling multi-jurisdictional projects, this is a fantastic opportunity.

This role will involve advising high-profile clients on complex data protection matters, working alongside international teams, and gaining exposure to key industry events, particularly in areas such as children’s privacy and evolving privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR compliance, international data transfers, and risk mitigation.
Work on cross-border matters with teams across Europe and beyond.
Represent the firm at leading industry events, contributing to thought leadership in privacy and data protection.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualified Lawyer with expertise in Data Protection & Privacy Law.
Strong knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy, and other international data protection frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
