Ideally, you will have experience in the most/all of the following;

• 1-7 year PQE in Data Protection [Irish/ Common Law Qualified]
• Solicitors will ideally have experience and/or trained with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK
• advise on a wide variety of data protection matters involving GDPR implementation and compliance
• data breach reporting and management,
• data subject rights,
• data sharing, date transfers, data processing issues & challenges,
• Data protection policies and procedures
• Data protection by design and default
• data protection regulatory & litigation
• Knowledge of the Data Protection Act in Ireland
• Strong understanding of the data protection legal regime and decisions in Ireland, Data Protection Commission [DPC] and the EU, Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU)
