Data Warehouse Specialist

Description:

Client is migrating legacy systems across to a new SAP BW system.

Their Legacy systems (Typically Oracle, MFG Pro QAD, etc) require Data and ETL Processes to be performed to ensure BAU reporting can still take place whilst the BW transition takes place.

The ETL Tool used in Progress DW across these systems to pull the data.

Any addition experience of Analytics tools inc TIBCO and Power BI Beneficial.

Required:

• 5+ years in Progress DW ETL Tool
• Experience of Extracting data from Legacy systems ie. MFG Pro, QAD etc.
• Ensure Data warehouse processes continue to run as they should.
• Perform trouble shooting and deliver solutions to any Data and ETL issues with Progress
• Experience of Web Speed or Web Client would be beneficial
• Any analytics tools including SAP BI, Spotfire, Power BI – beneficial
• Knowledge of Design concepts of Data cubes
• Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management.
