Delivery Manager

Description:

Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalizing on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.

What will you be doing?

  • Run “run-mode” deliveries, ensuring working stock and backlog size are correctly maintained
  • Assign internal project managers/coordinators/support to projects as needed, ensuring a correct fit in terms of personality and skill
  • Skill up the internal team to continuously increase speed, efficiency and quality
  • Aggregate data from all endpoints to create comprehensive overviews and status reports to the vertical lead, proactively suggesting areas for improvement
  • Manage the delivery team happiness and workload, actively seeking to create balance and continuously finding the best possible fit for projects and run-mode operations
  • Jump in on any delivery task needed, from top level strategic to data wrangling, to unblock the process wherever gaps may occur
  • Provide run-mode clients with clear communication, either via dashboards or meetings, and discuss potential improvements in the collaboration
  • Identify and fix process issues in the delivery organisation and work with the head of professional services at improving tooling, taking a direct hands-on approach (no “journalism”)
  • Liaise with the vertical lead, production studio and senior management on supply/demand challenges, process and data management improvement and automation
