Duties:

• Act as the coordinator between business units and teams to provide plant requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Utilise the company assets effectively and efficiently.
• Build effective relationships with all departments in the business.
• Ensure health & safety for the team is maintained.
• Report all key KPI’s.
• Review and enhance efficiency of plant use nationwide.
• Any other ad hoc transport related tasks.

Requirements:

• This position requires an excellent knowledge and good understanding of civil construction and operational process.
• A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Have strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work independently.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Be proficient with IT.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Problem solver.
• Excellent planning skills.
• A positive and flexible attitude.
• Flexible to travel with a full clean driving license.
