Desktop Support Engineer

Description:

Our client eagerly seeks an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis, valuing both technical prowess and strong communication skills to maintain seamless ICT operations.

Responsibilities:
 

• Build laptops using scripts, InTune, and provided documentation.
• Provide 2nd support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
• Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.
• Support IT and business projects such as SharePoint administration and endpoint security configuration.
  
   

Requirements:
 

• Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
• Experience with PowerShell, MS Azure/Office 365.
