About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Digital Account Manager is to cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, and to identify, pursue, and ensure the success of new service opportunities with both new and existing clients.

 

This is a client-facing role that involves working closely with digital specialists to deliver excellent results for new and existing clients across marketing channels. The Digital Account Manager will be the ‘voice of the client’ in all internal engagements, as well as the point of contact for regular interactions with the client.

 

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for going beyond the day-to-day of driving projects to ensure that we are delivering coordinated, on-strategy work across clients accounts.

 

Daily Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic Planning. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for both new and existing clients and supervise their execution.
  • Team Support. Provide digital insights and guidance to team members to bolster client engagement.
  • Client Communication. Ensure clarity, conciseness, and thorough documentation in client briefs, resolving any client uncertainties swiftly and effectively.
  • Client Integration. Coordinate the onboarding and setup process for new clients.
  • Performance Analysis. Evaluate campaign results, prepare monthly performance reports, and offer recommendations for continual enhancements to clients.
  • Industry Leadership. Guide the department's focus on appropriate channels, adopt new digital trends, introduce innovative strategies to clients, and maintain Madcraft's forefront position in digital advancements.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

 

  • A professional with 2+ years of digital marketing or account management experience, preferably within an agency setting.
  • A vibrant communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of injecting energy and enthusiasm into our team and exciting others about the potential of digital innovations.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and development, showing openness to acquiring new skills, adapting to evolving technologies, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
