My client is a Multinational leading Technology Driver who have been in business over 50 years, and are very successful. They are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist to join their team in Blanchardstown. This is a permanent role, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Job Title: Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist
The Role:
- Creating new web content along with subject matter experts and publish it on the website
- Conducting keyword research and ensuring the web content is optimised so that our pages are found in SERPs for key terms; take the lead in other activities to improve SEO
- Implementing actions on the website to improve the visitor journey and increase web enquiries, including being part of the team responsible for the web chatbot playbooks
- Writing and dispatching email marketing campaigns, managing and delivering webinars and other automated campaigns and lead nurturing flows through Hubspot
- Analysing website user behaviour, conversion data and trends to demonstrate the ROI of campaigns, adapting and improving for future campaigns and web content
- Becoming a project team member for the ongoing development of the E-commerce website, optimising the site content, liaising with the web developer, and implementing traffic-driving activities
- Working with the PPC agency to get the best results from our PPC campaigns, including analysis of campaign performance and ROI
- Taking responsibility for maintaining our CRM system to ensure that it is used to its maximum potential as a presales/sales/posts sales (service) tool.
- Develop and manage sales campaigns that deliver a regular inflow of business opportunities to the sales teams.
- Providing ongoing training and communicating any updates and changes to all relevant users
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the survey tool (NPS) in order to maximise the levels of feedback and identify opportunities to improve levels of customer care.
- Working alongside the sales teams to ensure the CRM system can provide the best support for marketing and sales activities
- Working with the sales team to generate local sales/marketing presentation and customer stories
- Validate & enrich customer data, providing a single source of truth to allow for future growth opportunities and accurate customer communication
- Performing administrative tasks to improve the system, the quality of data and the user experience
- Taking on ad hoc projects and representing CRM in relevant projects and meetings as specified by the Marketing Intelligence & Customer Experience Manager
To succeed, you will need:
- Experience working in a digital marketing role where you have used web content management systems, Hubspot, Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics c.2 years experience
- An ability to learn and use new digital tools and software to a high level
- Strong working knowledge of SEO and pay per click advertising
- Experience of managing & delivering campaigns within Hubspot, including being able to develop/design marketing assets, web pages and sales collateral
- A degree in Advertising, media & communications; Marketing; Digital marketing or similar subject OR an unrelated degree plus strong work experience in digital marketing
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing both fast turn-around and long-term projects at the same time
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and a strong personal online profile
- A team player who is good at networking but can also work well independently
- Inquisitive mind to solve problems and the ability to pick up and use new marketing tools & technologies
- Creative, accurate and with a good eye for detail
