Duties will include:

eCommerce Website Management

· Maintain and optimise a portfolio of ecommerce websites

· Create content pages using HTML/PHP/JavaScript (requires some coding expertise).

· Research and implement SEO enhancements

· Act as the main point of contact for an external PPC agency, working collaboratively to design ad copy, display ads and landing pages.

· Collaborate with team members to create high quality content around key search terms and themes.

· Create engaging landing pages and optimise the content for SEO, PPC and social.

· Initiate A/B and multivariate tests to drive improvements in engagement and conversion rates.

· Explore opportunities to maximise eCommerce revenue

· Evaluate Google Analytics data to better understand customer profiles/behaviour.

· Report regularly to management on successes, concerns and opportunities for website growth

Email Marketing & Other

· Manage the email marketing calendars

· Create imagery and content for all emails, ensuring adherence to template design and brand guidelines.

· Maintain integrity of all newsletter mailing lists and remarketing lists.

· Track revenue from all core email programmes and report regularly to management.

· Manage and expand paid social advertising campaigns.

· Perform ad hoc graphic design for website banners, email marketing and miscellaneous marketing collateral.
