Are you a creative self-starter with a passion for B2C digital marketing within the FMCG industry?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our client's team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing on the digital marketing strategy to achieve the objectives of brand awareness and community building, you will across teams within the business such as graphic design to implement the digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, drive and execute all content including competitions and periodic campaigns via all social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok in line with the overall digital strategy.
- Paid social campaign delivery on a variety of social media platforms. (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.)
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets, optimizing spending and performance based on the insights.
- Budget planning and management.
- Measure and report campaign’s overall performance and assess against goals
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for increasing our online presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging online content.
- Ensures that the brand message is consistent.
- Optimise campaigns and strategies with online retailers.
- Measure performance of paid online advertising.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties on website design and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Strong technical competencies across various digital platforms are a must.
- Full understanding of all social platforms.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated and persistent with a “can do” attitude.
- Able to use your own initiative and can work towards goals without constant supervision.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
