You will join a new, hard-working and inspirational team leading the Commercial and Digital strategy for the IBH. You will w ork collaboratively with the marketing team in Dublin to plan and deliver focused digital marketing strategies and activities in order to demonstrate content across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive awareness, consideration, purchase, advocacy, and repeat purchase.
This role will have responsibility of working with the wider team to pull together engaging content and plans for our social media activity, ensuring we are impacting and engaging our digital customers. You will achieve this by delivering a multi-lingual content for B2C consumers and B2B customers across the digital path to purchase which supports the delivery of the IBH commercial growth strategy. This will involve working with multiple internal collaborators as well as external agencies in order to supervise CRM campaigns.
You will also have an impactful role in our new website build, supporting the team in our digital transformation to constantly wow our customers. This will require using SEO tactics and CMS to improve search rankings, optimize content, and analyse user engagement and work closely with the technical to maintain site standards.
The new Digital Marketing Executive to the team, will come with innovative ideas in order to implement digital strategies crafted to drive growth and visitor numbers, including optimisation of online sales channels and initiatives such as virtual events.
Yourself and the wider team will be targeted to deliver on metrics and targets that drives digital performance, cost per click, reducing bounce rates and improving speed.
About You
This outstanding role has an important job to play in the digital path to purchase. You will have previous experience in handling social media accounts and a solid understanding of digital strategy and across all key digital communications channels and experience in performance marketing, PPC, SEO, and paid social media are crucial for this role.
Ideally you will have used Salesforce and experience working to CMS, Email Marketing/CRM, Social Tools & Google Analytics, however this is not crucial.
You will be a true team player and strong communicator who can successfully build trustworthy relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders. Utilising your stakeholder management skills and technical skills you will ensure that our agencies are always pushed to deliver excellence.
