Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage the online product range from set-up to delist.
• Ensure web content is optimised for SEO purposes and lead conversion.
• Work closely with purchasing and product suppliers to monitor stock management and source product detail and imagery.
• Liaise with customer service teams to improve online customer experience.
• Liaise with e-Commerce team for onsite optimisations such as product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements.
• Contribute as part of the overall Marketing team to ensure success of campaigns.
• Implement plans to drive online sales.
• Assist with all Digital Marketing efforts in the company to complement and grow our existing business
• Assist with all content placed on all websites and promotions
• Creating images of products for website content
• Identify missing products from Website
• Co-ordinating content and creating and maintaining a central file /drop box where information can be found quickly
• Liaising with stakeholder to ensure content requirements are met
• Assist E commerce Manager to maximise Search engine optimisation through content
• Attending promotional Events
• Assist with the documentation and maintenance of processes in accordance with our Quality Management System.
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required by the Company. The duties listed are not exhaustive.
• Suitable for a new graduate that is looking to start their career E.g., Diploma or degree in Marketing or Business Studies
• Good organisational skill

• Excellent English grammar, spelling and punctuation – and ability to write for target audience.
