This is a 2 year graduate programme with learning and development at the forefront, senior leadership exposure and opportunities to travel. In today’s dynamic technology environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the information technology team at Colgate. We are looking for a savvy Digital Marketing Graduate to join our growing Digital, Applications & Analytics team. All our graduates are paired with an assigned manager and mentor, as well as a dedicated graduate co-coordinator. Consistent feedback is a key element of life here at Colgate and our grads can expect no less. Our mentors will provide a listening ear as well as constant coaching to help you get the most out of your graduate programme.
Main Responsibilites

Working alongside a lead analyst/ project manager on Digital Marketing Technology projects to;

• Plan business and data analysis
• Drive adoption of new digital tools
• Coordinate user tests, propose recommendations for improvement, support design of new features and seek validation with our partners
• Connect with business to gain understanding of their requirements and recommend solutions
