Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us who is excited about taking on a new challenge at the forefront of a rapidly expanding business, in the exciting world of live entertainment.
Day to day, you will be directly responsible for strategising and implementing paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns designed to drive ticket, sales and reduce our customer acquisition cost.
Ideally you should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in performance marketing or an eCommerce focused role, either agency or client side (focusing on Paid Social or Google PPC). You will also have proven experience of managing large budgets on paid.

Responsibilities:
- Optimisation - Creation & on-going optimisation of campaigns to meet our KPI’s.
- Budgets & Spend - Daily monitoring of spend, bids and scaling to ensure we are on track to hit budget plans for each month.
- Strategy Identification - Identifying key areas of opportunity & improvement within the business & working with the full team to support with strategy creation.
- Website - Coordinate website strategy and work with both internal and external designers and digital team to deliver website improvements and launches.
- Innovation - Researching & keeping up to date with the latest products to market ideas & being proactive in discussing & implementing new innovative ideas with the team.
- Online Tools - Using a range of online tools to support with the analysis of performance (e.g. Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner etc) and use a range of available day to day tools.
- Reporting - Creation of monthly reports for stakeholders to analyse performance against KPI's & previous performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record within a paid media role, coming from an agency or ecommerce background.
- A creative flair, yet a solid understanding of ROI and a commercial awareness.
- Strong understanding of the impact of paid media on consumer behaviour and how it drives engagement through to acquisition and retention.
- Proven experience of delivering commercial paid media strategies and plans with emphasis on ROI .
- Experience managing campaigns and generating direct sales .
- Experience of reporting with Google Analytics and Google Data Suite.
