Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Marketing: Focus on paid and organic strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns across digital channels, including search engines, email, and content marketing.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and making adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to develop engaging materials tailored to the target audience.
- Flexible Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on campaign performance while managing your own schedule.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media and performance marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
- Time Management: Proven ability to deliver results in a part-time, remote work environment.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a bonus.
