Are you ready to start a new journey with a team of energized professionals advancing and connecting the world’s infrastructure? Bentley is looking for you! We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager / Channel Readiness Manager, reporting directly to the Director, Channel Enablement.
The preferred candidate is sales-oriented with experience in developing and implementing channel enablement tools and materials to prepare Channel Partners to address global challenges, realize opportunities, and drive results.
Channel enablement assists our partners to achieve desired revenue and business results by executing a highly intentional, strategic channel readiness plan including but not limited to the following deliverables: competitive intelligence, market analysis (TAM), campaigns, and ongoing education of social selling best practices, product training, lead/pipeline management skills, forecasting, and sales methodologies, business acumen and employee recruitment and retention.
The role of Channel Readiness manager is an exciting role within the company, allowing you to collaborate across all business units within the organization.
Your Day-to-Day
- Understand the features and benefits that Bentley products have, and the strategy and focus that Bentley has on the SMB Market
- Educate Channel Partners enablement resources dedicated for Bentley business.
- Increase technical competency on Bentley products and technology offerings that are available today
- Develop a strong network of contacts with the designated Channel Partners to identify new business growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Channel Operations Team and Regional Sales Organization to maximize revenue opportunity.
- Increase readiness and flexibility to support Channel Partners new applications, programs and services
- Respond to inbound enablement queries from these Channel Partners and route to relevant Bentley colleagues.
- Connect relevant Bentley resources to Partner sales activities.
- Train partners on use of Bentley Tools, Sales processes, and use of Bentley CRM.
- Educate Partners on specific field marketing content for use in Partner marketing activities.
- Active across all Channel Program segments with a primary focus on driving Channel Partners to deliver more revenue.
What You Bring To The Team
- University Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ work experience in Channel Enablement/Readiness
- Command of English, both verbal and written. Additional language skills beneficial but not necessary
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders/partners.
- Strategic thinking that can take broad concepts and vision to develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then effectively execute those plans.
